The carburetor automatically adjusts the mix across the entire throttle range. The carburetor adjustments include idle speed, idle circuit mixture, mid-range and high-speed circuit mixture. Idle speed is adjusted with the idle speed screw on the side of the carburetor. Start the engine and bring it up to operating temperature.

In fact, in the end it may still be there to some degree because of the nature of a 4 cylinder engine. Because of this, the crank spends a LOT of time in rotation before the next power stroke. The first step I take to solve a rough idle issue is to start with a good tune up. Honda wires last just about forever so if you still have them on your engine, leave them be unless they show signs of external damage.
